Responsibilities

• Graduate from our proven 90-day Agent Launch Plan
• Show homes and provide feedback to listing agents
• Follow our daily & weekly rhythm for generating business
• Consult with buyers and sellers
• Negotiate offers
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and team events
